CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order on the same day it is placed. Upon cancellation, we will process a refund, which will be credited to your account within seven days.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only available for orders cancelled on the same day they were placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The product(s) can only be replaced in case the product(s) delivered is in defective condition/damaged. In case of any such experience, the user is expected to get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours of the delivery of the order via email (skrubzzskincare@gmail.com). If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which further implies that we can’t accept responsibility for the damages. During this period, the user should not discard the damaged item and its packaging. In order to avail a refund, the user is expected to return the damaged product the same way it was delivered along with all its original tags, labels and proof of purchase. After proper verification and approval of the refund, the approved refund credits will be processed in 15 Working Days in the Original Mode of Payment.
